1. What kind of products does Vagad's offer?

Vagad's is a men's ethnic wear label offering a curated range of traditional Indian clothing — including kurta-pajamas, sherwanis, bandhgala suits, nehru jackets, dhotis, and festive occasion wear. Every piece is selected for its craftsmanship, fabric quality, and cultural authenticity.

2. How do I find my correct size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and shoulder width, and comparing against the size chart before ordering. 3. What fabrics do you use?

We work with a range of natural and premium blended fabrics including pure cotton, chanderi, linen blends, silk, and viscose. Fabric details are listed on each individual product page. We prioritise breathable, skin-friendly materials suited to the Indian climate.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. For remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on your location. Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and customised pieces are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please write to us at vagadsethnic@gmail.com with your order number.

7. How do I care for my Vagad's garment?

Care instructions vary by fabric. As a general rule, we recommend dry-cleaning or gentle hand-washing for heavily embroidered pieces such as sherwanis and bandhgalas. For kurtas and linen pieces, a cold machine wash on a delicate cycle works well. Specific care labels are included with every garment.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are secured via Shopify's encrypted payment gateway.

9. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
