Returns & Exchange Policy

At Vagad's, we stand behind the quality of every garment we send out. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags intact and attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice
  • Not show signs of wear, alteration, staining, or perfume

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customised or made-to-measure garments
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at vagadsethnic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Share the courier tracking details with us after dispatch.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2 – 3 additional days.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
