At Vagad's, we stand behind the quality of every garment we send out. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags intact and attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original invoice
- Not show signs of wear, alteration, staining, or perfume
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customised or made-to-measure garments
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at vagadsethnic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
- Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
- Share the courier tracking details with us after dispatch.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2 – 3 additional days.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
