Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across all major cities and pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery: 5 – 7 business days
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
Shipping Charges: Free on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹999.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is placed.
Dispatch Confirmation: A tracking link will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are fulfilled within 2 – 3 business days and delivered within 10 – 15 business days thereafter, depending on your location.

Customs & Import Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by your country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Vagad's does not cover these costs.
International Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's portal.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make 1 additional attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.
